Delicious flour, always fresh and is wonderful for making cookies and pie crusts! I have sometimes mixed with spelt flour for a nutty crunchy flavor in the crust. I have also have mixed with a white flour ( unfortunately Fiddler's no longer supplies this) for a lighter crust and cookie.

I use this pastry flour for pie crusts, cookies, brownies, and anything else I'm baking. It is delicious! I will combine with the white flour for a blended pastry.
